Thank God (or whoever passes hor Him/Her these days) that I have access to Polwaves. Through these columns I get to see another side of America - a saner, more reasonable side. I am Australian but I like to keep an eye on what goes on over there.

I see you are interested in statistical research. I have put one of the most comprehensive link lists for hundreds of thousands of statistical sources and indicators on my blog: Statistics Reference List (http://crisismaven.wordpress.com/references/). Dirty energy has got to go - reclamation of all the mountains, streams and the health of the people dwarf the modest inflated propaganda pushed by the coal industry - sorry fellas - you look as old as your business model - you can’t survive without government subsidies, you are putting people out of work, destroying their homes and ruining any tourist, vacation or second home markets you might have once had - don’t let the door hit you on the way out!

Sorry they took your Mickey Mouse lollipop.

I just stopped my subscription to the paper Wash Post and have been reading more on-line - although I’ve been reading you since I got my subscription to PW last year. I love the articles you find and appreciate your worldview. I miss my morning paper still - it’s only been a few weeks, after 50 years of morning papers. AAHH..

I live in the Maryland suburbs of DC - a place I find surrealistic at best. A place where my son’s school was closed for 3 snow days after the storm before Christmas.despite being part of the hot air capital of the world. You’re kind of reporting will help in the sanity department, I’m sure.

So Rusky gets punked because he does not fact check (Not the first time)? Wow, what a surprised.

Oh, and when contronted that he was punked, he defended himself by saying “we stand by the fabricated quote because we know Obama thinks it anyway” (Yeah good try to save face, what a loser)

After so many years of mis-labeling and mis-characterizing others he gets smacked down by the NFL “Not For Limbaugh”. Way to go NFL, great job!
