It would be great if someone would really tackle how looney our system really is. National, state and local policy stresses better educating our citizens, yet this leaves us with a nation that feels most of the jobs being created are beneath them. It needs to be okay to roll up your sleeves and do some manual labor; otherwise we are doomed to be perpetually importing a slave-labor class while a sizeable chunk of us sit on their butts complaining about lack of jobs. Jobs happen when one person provides a needed service to another.
